Water Department Charges Fees for First Time

Unlike other agencies, the Water Department did not charge development review fees until this month. Effective 11/1/08, applicants must pay a fee of $500 for a conceptual plan review and $500 plus $75 per review hour for a Technical Plan review. While plans can be submitted electronically, checks must be mailed or submitted in person. Technical plans will not be reviewed until the fees have been submitted.
