Public hearing June 8 for POD regulations in Central Delaware

Philadelphia City Planning Commission
PCPC has scheduled a public hearing regarding the recently approved regulations for Plan of Development (POD) in the Central Delaware Riverfront Overlay District. The hearing will begin immediately following the regularly scheduled planning commission meeting on Tuesday, June 8, 2010, in Room 18029, One Parkway Building, 1515 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA, at approximately 3:00 p.m. The regulations require a POD review process and the “approval of the Planning Commission for each project, even if the project is otherwise in conformance with the regulations of the base zoning for a given parcel.” Click here to view the regulations.
