New Street and Sidewalk Closure Regulations in Full Effect
The Philadelphia Department of Streets has issued a Code Bulletin to improve understanding of the new regulations on street and sidewalk closures that took effect September 15, 2008. Stakeholders are given notice that the regulations are in full effect and that “aggressive enforcement” will begin in February.
